Clause 1

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the gem999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. gem999 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all account registrations. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of this platform is lawful in your location. gem999 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to a court order or other legal restriction that limits your ability to enter into contracts, you are not permitted to register or use the platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on gem999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a gem999 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and agents of gem999 and its affiliates are not eligible to hold a Player account or place real-money wagers on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion Status: Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion on gem999 or any affiliated platform are not eligible to re-register during their exclusion period. Circumventing a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To use gem999's real-money gaming features, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By submitting a registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

• Required Information: Registration requires a valid full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, and the bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gem999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure.
• Accurate Details: The name registered on your gem999 account must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet you use for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched names will cause withdrawals to be held pending verification.
• Password Requirements: Your password must be at least eight characters in length and must include a combination of letters, numbers, and at least one special character. You must not share your password with any third party.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gem999 support immediately. gem999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account pending an investigation.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. gem999 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of up to Rp 50.000 on inactive accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

gem999 processes all financial transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though gem999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for deposits that exceed Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to your account in real time under normal operating conditions. gem999 is not responsible for delays caused by the issuing bank or e-wallet provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: gem999 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 15 minutes via BI-FAST for verified accounts. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional security checks are required.
• Withdrawal Fees: gem999 does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which gem999 accepts no responsibility.
• Same-Method Rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the gem999 finance team following a KYC review.
• Anti-Money Laundering: gem999 operates in compliance with internationally accepted anti-money laundering (AML) standards. gem999 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds are the proceeds of fraud or other illicit activity. In such cases, gem999 may be required to file a report with the relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.
• Refused Deposits: gem999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that originates from a payment method not registered to the account holder, or that is flagged by gem999's fraud-detection systems.

Clause 5

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gem999 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesia Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to registered, verified players who have satisfied all KYC requirements. gem999 reserves the right to exclude specific players or player groups from individual promotions at its discretion.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts, multiple devices, or multiple payment methods will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless marked as a no-wagering promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (typically between 20x and 40x of the bonus amount) will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%; sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%; sports bets below 1.50 typically contribute 0%. • Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of credit. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled by the expiry date, any remaining bonus balance and associated pending winnings will be forfeited without further notice.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that can be converted from Bonus Balance to withdrawable Real Money Balance from any single bonus is capped at five times (5x) the original bonus amount.
• Abuse and Fraud: gem999 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close accounts where it has reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion to exploit promotional offers.

Clause 6

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the gem999 platform across all product verticals including sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). Product-specific rules are published separately within each game or betting category.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once gem999's system has confirmed its acceptance and issued a bet reference number. Bets placed during a system error, network interruption, or feed malfunction may be voided at gem999's discretion, with stakes returned to the player.
• Odds and Prices: gem999 reserves the right to correct any odds or prices that have been published erroneously due to a technical error or human error. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds — typically defined as odds that deviate by more than 25% from the true market price at the time of placement — may be voided or settled at the correct price.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League, are subject to the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook rules section. Mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) bets are governed by additional rules detailed in the sportsbook terms. Any leg of an accumulator that is voided will result in that selection being removed, with the overall accumulator recalculated on the remaining legs.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted at gem999's absolute discretion. gem999 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted in error during a suspension period may be voided.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes dealt at licensed studio tables. gem999 does not influence game outcomes. Published RTP percentages are indicative averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Togel: Togel draw results are sourced from officially published lottery output feeds and verified by independent auditors. gem999 does not conduct its own draws and is not responsible for errors in the source feed, though it will make reasonable efforts to rectify any resulting settlement errors promptly.

Clause 7

7 KYC & Verification

gem999 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at any point during a player's lifecycle if gem999's compliance systems flag unusual account activity.

• Required Documents: Players will be asked to submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID Card — NIK/KTP, or passport), a selfie holding the ID document, and, where the withdrawal method is a bank account, a screenshot of the bank account showing the account holder's name and account number.
• Processing Time: gem999 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is cleared.
• Document Authenticity: Submitting falsified, altered, or third-party identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms. gem999 will close the account, forfeit all balances, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
• Re-Verification: gem999 reserves the right to request re-verification at any point, including when a player requests a withdrawal to a new payment method, following a significant change in account activity patterns, or as part of a periodic compliance review cycle.

Clause 8

8 Responsible Gaming

gem999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. Access to these tools is available at any time through the account settings panel or by contacting customer support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time alerts and automatic session cut-offs to manage time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen prompts that display the duration of the current session and net gaming activity during that session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 1, 7, 30, or 90 days. During this period, the account cannot be accessed, deposits cannot be made, and bets cannot be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. gem999 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account.

Clause 9

9 Account Suspension & Closure

gem999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward gem999 staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Any activity that gem999 reasonably believes threatens the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform.

Upon account closure for cause, gem999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no breach is substantiated, any remaining verifiable Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method.

Clause 10

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the gem999 platform — including but not limited to the gem999 brand name, logo, domain, website design, software, game content, promotional materials, text, graphics, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of gem999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the gem999 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from gem999.
• The game content provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to gem999 for distribution. No Player acquires any rights to such content through use of the platform.

Clause 11

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gem999 and its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, server downtime, or any cause outside gem999's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from your reliance on odds, statistics, or data published on the platform that contained an error or was subject to subsequent amendment.
• Any tax liability you incur in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings received from gem999. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to their gambling winnings under local law.
• Losses caused by delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.

gem999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 12

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gem999 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to gem999's internal disputes resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through gem999's internal process within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint being lodged, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body specified in gem999's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's rights under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in their country of residence and that cannot be contractually excluded.

Clause 13

13 Amendments to These Terms

gem999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gem999 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will publish a notice on the platform homepage no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the gem999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining verified Real Money Balance.
